I made this yummie jam this morning from fruit I picked from my blackcurrant bush. It was my first successful effort at jam making. Your instruction was so easy and the end product has the "wow factor". Thank you for sharing this awesome yet simple recipe. Foodis

Made your jam recipe with some frozen black currants.What a success! Really lovely jam, good colour. Enjoyed it on my toast this morning. Makes about 4lb.
